Shipping Information
How long does shipping take?
  We currently ship via FedEx and the US Postal Service. We determine the carrier at the time of shipping.
In-stock items are normally shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

Standard Shipping usually takes 5-14 days for delivery.
Expedited Shipping usually takes 2-5 days for delivery.
3 Day Express Shipping takes 3 business days. Cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or internationally.
2nd Day Shipping takes 2 business days. Cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or internationally.
Overnight Shipping takes 1 business day. Cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or internationally.

We are based in the middle of the country, so delivery times are often faster than shown above, but don't count on this for deadline-critical orders.
Delivery to some remote locations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
International delivery times are highly variable. Please contact us if you need a delivery estimate.

Items shipped straight from the manufacturer (drop-shipped) are out of our direct control. Please check the availability guidelines and notes for each product.

International Shipments.
  Standard shipping to Canada and other International destinations varies. We use Live Rates for shipping internationally, you will be given the exact shipping cost on the Checkout page. Note that all import fees and duties are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
When are Christmas ordering deadlines?
  For delivery by Christmas, order by the following deadlines:

Standard Shipping: 2pm CST on Friday 16th December.

Expedited Shipping: 2pm CST on Monday 19th December.

3 Day Shipping: 2pm CST on Tuesday 20th December.

2nd Day Shipping: 2pm CST on Wednesday 21st December.

Overnight Shipping: 2pm CST on Thursday 22nd December.

We will be closed on Friday 23rd December.

The above deadlines are for in-stock items with payment made at the time of ordering. While we make every effort to ensure items arrive on time, we cannot guarantee it because our carriers cannot guarantee it. International shipping and shipping to AK, HI, PR and some remote rural locations will take longer. Certain items can only be shipped by Standard Delivery (ground service). Personalized and some made-to-order items require longer lead times, be sure to check the product description before ordering.
Do you ship to my country?
  We currently offer shipping to the United States, most of Europe, and several other countries. Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, PayPal, and Checks by mail.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Orders paid by check must wait until the check clears payment before shipping.
What are my shipping charges?
  Standard shipping within the continental United States is only $5.99.
This is a flat shipping rate for your entire order. Delivery time is usually 5-14 days.
Expedited shipping to the continental US is only $10.99 flat rate. Delivery time is usually 2-5 days.

Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $9.99 flat rate for your entire order.
Standard shipping to Canada and other International destinations vary. We use Live Rates for shipping internationally.

To see expedited shipping rates simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be able to see prices.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

The above shipping rates are for orders placed online. For orders taken over the phone, mailed in, or faxed; standard shipping is $8.99 to the continental US and $12.99 to AK, HI, and PR.
What is the return policy?
  If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund or replacement within 60 days of the purchase date. All claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Items being returned must be in the condition you received them and come with the original packaging intact. Returns not meeting the above conditions may be rejected or subject to a 30% restock fee. Personalized items, special-order items, gift certificates, and media items such as books, cds, dvds cannot be returned. Bulk Orders with 30 or more of the same item are non-returnable. For orders that were originally shipped free, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please write your order number on the outside of your package and enclose a copy of the packing slip.

If your order arrived damaged in shipping, please contact us right-away (within 72 hours). It is important that you keep all packaging for claims purposes. We will arrange for a replacement and return of the original item. If you choose not to receive a replacement, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is shipped back to us after the time-frame indicated above or does not meet the conditions above, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the item back to you.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Shipping Costs
The quickest and easiest way to return an item is to self-return the item. If you self-return an item, you'll pay the cost charged by the carrier. Alternatively, you can request a pre-paid shipping label. If you request a pre-paid label, and the reason for the return is not a result of a The Music Stand error, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, please enclose a payment for re-shipping the new item back to you. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
